WebViewer is not working with Edge browser

Issue/Introduction

I am running CA Output Web Viewer Version 12.1 Build 210.  I can login and view reports with Chrome, but the supported web browser Edge is not working.  

Environment

Component: Web Viewer

Resolution

Web Viewer 12.1 does not support IE mode when using Microsoft Edge. Running Edge in IE mode can cause several problems with Web Viewer.

To verify if you are running Edge in IE mode:

- Go to Settings

- Click on Default browser

- Make sure that the default for "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode)" is set to "Don't allow" or "Default".
