Stage # of target doesn't appear in the transfer sysout

Issue/Introduction

When an Endevor transfer is done, the Stage # (Stage number) in target location doesn't appear in the execution report anymore.

Environment

Endevor 

All supported Releases 

Resolution

When TRANSFER From/To Endevor location is performed, target location will be always printed with the Stage ID (message C1G0204I) instead of the stage number (message C1G0226I).

This is a result of the following SYSMOD's affect Endevor execution report message:
LU08804 - Endevor 18.0
LU08514 - Endevor 18.1
LU08824 - Endevor 19.0
