Stage # of target doesn't appear in the transfer sysout

Issue/Introduction

When Endevor transfer is done, Stage # (Stage number) in target location doesn't appear in the execution report anymore.

Environment

Endevor 18.0

Resolution

When TRANSFER From/To Endevor location is performed, target location will be always printed with the Stage ID (message C1G0204I) instead of the stage number (message C1G0226I).
