What happens with the running application when using the restart option on the SSP platform

Resolution

Starting ISG 2.4.1.1 there was a behavior change 

ISG-1004 - Improves the shutdown gracefulness for applications. Now when
a shutdown is triggered, applications have 30 seconds to shut
down and, if they don't shut down in the time frame, the appliance
performs a forceful shutdown. The following commands trigger
shutdowns:
• applications stop
• applications restart
• restart
• shutdown
