If Gen products are installed on a supported platform (for example the Linux IT on a Linux box) but that platform is in the cloud are there any support issues?
Similarly, if a Gen application is deployed to a supported platform but the platform is in the cloud are there any related support issues?

Running applications in the 'cloud' has not been tested and is not in the Technical Requirements.
If you choose to run your Gen applications in the cloud (and it works) , then the Support Policy in the Gen Documentation would be the guidance.
