Login takes 10+ minutes in stage environment

Issue/Introduction

After importing our prod data to our stage environment when logging in (even with  a local account) it takes over 10 minutes to authenticate and login.  It also take 5+ minutes to pull up anything related to users (administration >user settings>users for example).  I have attached sso logs to this ticket but I need some help in looking at how to speed this up.

Resolution

Changed the users dashboard home page to the DA health page with no inventory lists. Engineering identifies inventory lists as causing the slowness.
