REST API query fails DELETE with: "Failed invoking REST operation"

Issue/Introduction

The customer wanted to use the DELETE method of REST API to delete user from Docusign.

Even though this is working from Postman it was causing  

"Failed invoking REST operation: '{"errorCode":"INVALID_REQUEST_BODY","message":"The request body is missing or improperly formatted."}' " which was caused by "Bad Request".

when running the same from IM.
