MTC-M ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED Security errors

Issue/Introduction

During the testing phase of the Vantage MTC-M Web Interface, it is possible to get the following session connection error :

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

and in the MTC-M log the following Security error messages : 

.SEVERE: Failed to initialize component .Connector.HTTP/1.1-4040.. 
.Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: R_datalib (IRRSDL00) error: not RACF authorized to use the requested service (8, 8, 8)   

How to fix the problem.

Resolution

 The error is related to Security problems and for TSS users it can be fixed issuing the following commands :

TSS PERMIT(SAMS) IBMFAC(IRR.DIGTCERT.LIST) ACC(CONTROL)
TSS PERMIT(SAMS) IBMFAC(IRR.DIGTCERT.LISTRING) ACC(CONTROL)
TSS PERMIT(SAMS) IBMFAC(IRR.DIGTCERT.GENCERT) ACC(CONTROL)
TSS REFRESH(SAMS) JOB(*)
