MUX - Performance slowness for drop-downs in the View Options

Issue/Introduction

Performance slowness while clicking on the pull-down fields, Periods, Start & End Period under View options in multiple Workspace such as Staffing , Projects, Ideas, etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Login to Clarity and Navigate to MUX
2. Navigate to Staffing --> Staff Grid --> View Options
3. Change Periods, Start and End Period 

Expected Results: The values in the pull-down should show up quickly and shouldn't duplicate 

Actual Results: There is a lag and values are getting duplicated as there are multiple api calls

Release : 16.0.3, 16.1,16.1.1

Resolution

• The defect is fixed in 16.1.2 (Scheduled to release around May 2023)
• Its also backported to 16.0.3 patch 3 and 16.1.1 Patch 1
