What are the possible value for State Value when monitoring a Weblogic 12.1? 

 

 

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Resolution

The Weblogic server "State Value" metric could report one of the following numeric values:

0- SHUTDOWN
1- STARTING
2-STANDBY
3-ADMIN
4-RESUMING
5-SUSPENDING
6-FORCE_SUSPENDING
7-RUNNING.  

You can verify these state value mappings by checking the string value reported in the corresponding "State" metric. You can also review the other weblogic server metrics such as Java Version, OS version, Weblogic Home, etc. to compare the environment configurations if the state value mappings would still appear inconsistent.
