ETC displays in seconds on the Team tab in Services / Ideas

Issue/Introduction

ETC displays in seconds on the Team tab in Services or ideas in the Classic view

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to Home > IT Service Management > Services (or Demand Management > Ideas)
2. Create a Service/Idea instance 
3. Go to the Team tab and add a team member
4. Add some allocation to the team member
5. Add the ETC field to the list view.
6. Look at the value displayed

Expected Results: The ETC field to display the value as per system setting: hours or days
Actual Results: The ETC field displays value in seconds.

Cause

This is caused by DE68180

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.1.2

The ETC field refers to the estimates_curve attribute that should have only been used for MUX.  Made the field private and it no longer shows.

Additional Information

The value shows correctly on the Resource Allocations portlet.
It also affects the idea team tab in Classic, but displays fine in MUX
