Staff Grid Remaining Availability Incorrect prior to 16.1

Issue/Introduction

For Clarity versions prior to 16.1 the Remaining Availability in Per-Period Metrics on Staffing Grid is not showing correctly.

It should show the same aggregate number for each investment as the calculation should be aggregate of Availability - Allocation

However here it is showing the calculation per each line of the investment.

This is 16.0.3

- Not all investments have the same Remaining Availability

You can see that on the lines that have an actual Allocation TSV

Timeline shows

Which means the grid should show (1299) on each row.

 

16.1 shows correctly, though different investments and numbers

176-986 = (810)
