Project Collaboration Delete button

Issue/Introduction

A specific user is unable to delete documents in the project collaboration tab. The user is part of a participant group but is unable to view the Delete button.

Is there any access right the user is missing?

Cause

User does not have Delete permissions on the Collaboration documents

Resolution

Please proceed as follows:

1. Edit the affected project

2. Go to the Team > Participants and check who the Collaboration Manager is

3. Log in as the Collaboration Manager

4. Go to the Collaboration tab

5. Select the document(s) that the user should be able to Delete 

6. On the Actions menu > Go to Permissions

7. Ensure the user affected does have Red/Write/Delete access to the document(s)
