APM 10.7 HF84 EM not starting

Issue/Introduction

After installing HF84, EM is not starting

 

[ERROR] [main] [Manager] The EM failed to start. Error activating bean: com.wily.introscope.server.beans.apm.ApmServiceBean (com.wily.introscope.server.beans.apm.ApmServiceBean)

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Resolution

The issue was that the jre that we used to install H84 was different from the targeted one in the lax file

Customer updated the Introscope_Enterprise_Manager.lax file to point to the same one we used to install HF84.
