Discovery in Operator Console does not work with single ip address scope

Issue/Introduction

Manage Discovery Operator Console is not working with a single ip address. 
I'm confguring an IP addres but it is discovering a previous define one. 

Environment

Release : UIM 20.4, OC

Cause

Non reproducible browser issue

Resolution

In some scenarios, some users observed that using Edge Chromium it was not possible to ass a new IP or the IP for the single scope was not being saved correctly.

Using Firefox resolves this particular problem.
