Implementer promotion error complain the license keys are not valid or expire

Issue/Introduction

When try to promote got error saying the license is not valid or expire.

We just applied the new license keys according to PTC instruction

RESET SECSTR(00024105 40000200 01304005 60680574 21456695 00000006)         
LIB(Y2SYCM)   

Environment

Release : 8.7.3

Resolution

The PTC instruction assumes you have the default lib Y2SYCM. However, you may have a different lib name for example M2SYCM and in that case you would need to run this command to apply the keys
