Transferring assignment data in OWB. Reflection in Clarity MUX

Issue/Introduction
We are using OWB to transfer the task assignment data. However, the Modern UX in Clarity does not show the assignment data correctly.
The Classic UI shows proper data as per the changes done in OWB,
Let´s take a case scenario:
A project that spans a few months
Two team members allocated at 0 % through the project lifetime
One team member is assigned to a manual task
Add some ETC to the existing assignment on a given period
Looking at the Staff tab after the ETC has been assigned (Cheryl shows the correct data):
Open the Project in OWB and go to the Project > Transfer Assignments menu
Populate the transfer assignment fields:
Currently assigned resource and targeted resource to transfer the assignment to. Select the task > Click All
Click OK
Save and close OWB
Go to Clarity MUX
The assignment has been transferred to Joyce correctly.
Go to the Staff tab
Joyce shows the ETC correctly, but the Per Period Metrics still show the data against the Cheryl and would expect them to be transferred to Joyce
Cause
Update Investment Allocations and Usage and Time Slicing Sync job are required to update the data
Resolution
Run the Update Investment Allocations and Usage job
Run the Time Slicing Sync job with the Force flag on afterward
