In CA Performance Management (CAPM), when assigning DC to IP Domain and Tenant, IP Domain field is empty

Issue/Introduction

All Data Collectors are assigned to Default Tenant and IP Domain. When trying to assign them to a specific Tenant and IP Domain by choosing the Tenant, the IP Domain field is empty and does not give option to choose IP Domain:

However, if it is reset back to default tenant, the IP Domain is listed:

DX NetOps CAPM Release : 20.2 or later

Resolution

The process should be:

1. Create the tenant,
   
   
2. Proxy into the tenant,
   
   
3. Create the IP domain,
   
   
4. Administer the tenant,
   
   
5. Goto IP Domains and the IP Domain/s should be listed in the selection box
