Issue/Introduction

14.3 RU5 and later SEP and SES client on Microsoft Windows 64-bit operating systems is installed as a 64-bit native application.

Environment

Release : 14.3 RU5 and later

Cause

This change moves the default installation directory on Window 64-bit operating systems from the directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\" to "C:\Program Files\"

Resolution

This change may require an update to compliance enforcement and file access management software.
