Permitted domains for CloudSOC Custom Gatelets in the cloudsoc

Issue/Introduction

You are allowed to add any domains to Custom Gatelets (even if the domain exists in other Gatelets in the CloudSOC store) with the following exceptions:

• If another Custom Gatelet already contains the domain being added.

• You aren't allowed to add google.com to any Custom Gatelet. 

Cause

The domain google.com may not be added because google.com has so many subdomains which we do not want to capture.  We will be only capturing domains which we need for detecting Gatelet activities. Allowing all subdomains will not affect any functionality gain but it will cost unwanted processing.
