Rally- Profile picture not appearing on all pages after updating it under user settings.

Issue/Introduction

I uploaded a profile picture and it is not showing up on my stories on the team board. I even cleared the cache and cookies and logged back in and it is still not showing up

Resolution

Log out and back into Rally.
