What is the pricing for SMS or Voice delivery in Symantec VIP?

Symantec VIP typically provides a tier of 'Free' credits equivalent to 1.2M SMS and 300k voice (per year) that is used as a pool. Anything over that number would require purchase. For purchase information you have to engage with the account team who can let you know about the pricing amount.

Some accounts are not enabled for 'Free' tier as well so if you need to enable that please reach out to Symantec Support team by opening a case and they can help you to do that.
