IRLM DB2 Region took Multiple SVC Dumps

Issue/Introduction

We had a IRLM DB2 region take multiple dumps.  IBM case open and they noticed Top Secret module TSSKPOR1 in the dump. 

Environment

Release : 16.0

Resolution

Review of the dumps show that DB2 is signing the user on when it  should be signing the user off. 
IBM DB2 Support reviewed the dumps again and saw the user being signed on instead of signed off.
