Issue/Introduction

new admin user cannot see the Control Panel option on the DSM Explorer screen.

 

 

Environment

Release : 1401

Resolution

Please check if user has class permission in security profile section. Also check if user is part of any group and the group has been added under security profiles with specific call access. 

Remove the user from Administrator group . 

Add the user to security profile . 

Set the required class permissions and check.

 

 

Also check

Login with the user through which you are not able to see control panel option . Open ITCM explorer and check below option is checked. Let me know the status.
