Issue/Introduction

When autoscheduling a project from the Classic UX with default options and no particular start date, the start date considered to be "as soon as possible" is the project start date.
In the Modern UX, the start date considered to be "as soon as possible" is today.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new project that starts in the past (e.g.: January 1st, 2020) and finishes in the future (e.g.: December 31st, 2023).
  2. Create a new task that goes from a past date to a future date, but it does not take the full duration of the project (e.g.: December 31st, 2022 to March 31st, 2023).
  3. Open the Classic UX PPM Gantt and Autoscheduled with Options.
  4. Use the default options (only Resource Constraints is checked) and clear the Autoschedule Date, so that it is empty.

Actual Results: The task start date is moved to January 1st, 2020.

  1. Open the Modern UX Tasks Timeline view and Autoschedule with the same options as in Step 4 (clear Autoschedule Date).

Actual Results: The task start date is moved to "Today", January 17th, 2023.

Expected Results: Classic and Modern UX task start date is the same when using Autoschedule.
