A user is no longer with the organization and you would like to remove access and entitlements for Clarity environments and Broadcom Site ID.

Broadcom can deactivate the Okta user in the Okta Portal via request. To remove Okta access and all access to Broadcom resources for any user, create a case for the Global Customer Care team (Queue Name: GCA-Customer Care , Product: Support Portal ) and put in a request to disable or delete the user from all end points for the customer's Site ID which can be found in Wolken under Case Summary: Account.
