Unable to load the the pam client page after entering the credentials

Issue/Introduction

When the user enter the credentials successfully, the PAM client start loading the page and suddenly the client get terminated immediately before loading any page. 

I tried to remove the client and reinstall it but the same issue happens again.

PAM Version: 4.1.1 

Environment

Release : 4.1.1

Cause

In pam client logs called logs.log

 i see the error 

ERROR - Error unlocking file 

023-01-18 12:41:20 INFO  - Unlocking installation folder     com.ca.client.updater.v.q [RMI TCP Connection(13)-127.0.0.1]
2023-01-18 12:41:20 ERROR - Error unlocking file     com.ca.client.updater.v.q [RMI TCP Connection(13)-127.0.0.1]
java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException: null

Resolution

 

Problem was antivirus that did not allow pam client to run. If we stop antivirus it works fine.

After setting pam client in antivirus  Kaspersky  whitelist,  pam client works well again.
