Current Ports Detail report is not working after upgrading CABI Jaspersoft to 7.9.2

After fill in the Inputs, and run the report the next error message is displayed

In <CABI_HOME>/apache-tomcat/webapps/jasperserver-pro/WEB-INF/logs/jasperserver.log only next is logged:

Cause

When you run the "Current ports detail: all" report with the default input control parameters, the report may fails with an error
This is a known issue, and there is a workaround: Modify the input control values, and then run the report.

 

Resolution

- Click the current ports detail: all report.

- The Input Controls dialog opens.

- Set the Show ports in use parameter to False, and then set it back to True, (or set it back to False again depending of your requirement) and then click Apply.

- Generate the report by clicking OK.

the above is the workaround suggested in the documentation for the more common case when the error displayed is "inputs control validation failure"
