Issue/Introduction

Requirement is to separate the APS configuration for global configuration and specific configurations against the users in different User Directories in APS.conf file.

For example.

 PagoFacile is the user directory , which don't have the any effect of MAX failure as 99.

Cause

General APS configured values were overriding the configured values for specific user directory. 

Resolution

Configure the APS.conf settings override the default values and build the filter accordingly from the below reference document to see if this meets the requirement for applying the 99 failure attempts for a specific user directory.
