How to fetch Transaction report from VIP Manager to investigate about the failed transactions?

How to fetch Transaction Report from VIP Manager to investigate about the failed transactions?
- Login to the VIP Manager (Customers VIP manager).
- From the top, select Reports tab
- From drop down menu select transaction reports
- Select the date range, for example last 7 days
- Write username in User ID section
- Click on Generate Report button
The report will display all the transaction and their status. You can export this report in excel or pdf format.
