How to fetch Transaction Report from VIP Manager to investigate about the failed transactions?

Environment

Release : VIP Manager

Resolution

Steps:

  1. Login to the VIP Manager (Customers VIP manager).
  2. From the top, select Reports tab
  3. From drop down menu select transaction reports
  4. Select the date range, for example last 7 days
  5. Write username in User ID section
  6. Click on Generate Report button

 

The report will display all the transaction and their status. You can export this report in excel or pdf format.
