Issue/Introduction

BS2000 agent loses connection intermittently

Environment

Release : 12.3.x

                 21.x

Component: Automation Engine

Sub-Component: BS2000 Agent

Cause

This happens if the BS2000 agent has rfc trace enabled - This can be found in the agent.ini ( as shown below)

Resolution

Workaround:

Disable the rfc trace on the agent

Solution:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
