Issue/Introduction

The behaviour of docking the Node Window changes after installing IDMS Visual DBA version 18.1.04 (LU08324).

Environment

Release : 18.1.04
Component : IDMS Visual DBA

Resolution

As of IDMS Visual DBA 18.1.04, after you connect to an IDMS database, the Node window may overlay the Database Object Manager window.

If you want to display both windows side by side, you will need to dock the Node window. Accomplish this as follows:

1. Left-click on the title bar of the Node window.
2. Holding the mouse button down, drag the Node window over the arrow indicator next to the edge to which you want to dock.
3. Release the mouse button. The Node window will dock.
