System error while creating Transaction Entry

Issue/Introduction

While creating Transaction Entries, the system throws the below error.

System Error. Contact system administrator

Environment

Release : 16.1.0

Cause

The count of characters used in the NOTES section was more than 250 characters

Resolution

Trim down the characters in the NOTES section in the Transaction Entry page to less than 250 characters.
