Issue/Introduction
IPL Fails with an S0C4 abend in CSVSBRTN +2302. Issues Loading a Module During IPL.
Occurs while executing the routine CsvfetchExit_Fetch with the input CDE, created for module ICHSEC05.
The CDE was obtained in module CCSEFXSR, and built incorrectly, it has the bit CDCDEX on but no extension exists.
Environment
Release : 15.0
Cause
The CCSEFXSR module from the dump shows it's for Common Services 14.0 not 15.0.
This is caused by an incorrect old release library in the LPA and loading an old version of CCSEFXSR.
Resolution
The module CCSEFXSR resides in the CAW0LPA library.
Check for an old Common Services 14.0 library in the LPA library list.
