Issue/Introduction

Roadmap Copy on a very large Roadmap with many scenarios or items may impact BG Performance (JVM(RAM)/CPU), database performance, and cause OOM (OutOfMemory)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Connect to Clarity on an environment
  2. Create a Roadmap and import 300 Roadmap Items (Projects)
  3. To make sure you have 13-14k Roadmap Items - go to Scenarios - Save As - and create 47 different Scenarios
  4. Now go back to MUX - Roadmaps
  5. Select the large Roadmap - click on Copy
  6. Enter a Name - Click Copy

Expected Results: The BG to handle the copy without performance impact or not allow the user to copy

Actual Results: BG JVM gets very high (possible OOM), CPU on app server gets very high, db queries may get stuck as the environment becomes slow
