ntservices 3.60 MCS profile migrations fail

Issue/Introduction

Our Windows Services(Enhanced) profiles are at version 3.50 and want to migrate them to ntservices_mcs_template 3.60 but migration is failing with errors below

mon_config_service get_probe_templates_package_status callback status displays the final message below

Error in mon_config_service.log:

Probe template upgrade failed migration for probe 'ntservices' template 'Setup ntservices' version '1.21'
Template with name 'Setup ntservices' and version '1.21' does not exist

Probe template upgrade failed migration for probe 'ntservices' template 'Windows Services' version '2.34'
Template with name 'Windows Services' and version '2.34' does not exist

Environment

Any UIM Version with ntservices_mcs_template 3.60 

Cause

MCS is missing templates used by ntservices_mcs_template 3.60 migration. 

Resolution

1. Deploy the ntservices_mcs_templates versions below in any order with mon_config_service migration -> enable_auto_migration parameters set to false. In this scenario migration to 3.43 and 3,53 are not required..

ntservices_mcs_templates-3.43-auto-migrate.zip
ntservices_mcs_templates-3.53-auto-migrate.zip

Note: Above packages install resolve the missing templates that ntservices_mcs_templates-3.60 uses as part of the migration process. 

2. Re-run the ntservices_mcs_templates-3.60 migration process using steps in KB 195313

3. Validate that Template Version for a Windows Services(Enhanced) profile is 3.60.1
