Activate Additional Office 365 Securlet Apps

Issue/Introduction

If client is experiencing constant heavy O365 Securlet API throttling - CloudSOC Engineering team create additional Office 365 apps to share the API load.

Resolution

1. Create Support case requesting CloudSOC Securlet Engineering team create the secondary apps for specific tenant ID
   
   
2. After Engineering has created the additional apps - Log in to CloudSOC as SysAdmin
   
   
3. Navigate to the URL https://app.elastica.net/static/ng/appStore/index.html#/extra_auth/office_365
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the “Add CloudSOC O365 Authorization #2” button, CloudSOC will redirect User to the Microsoft login page
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click on "Accept" to complete the activation.
   
   
6. Repeat step 4 to “Add CloudSOC O365 Authorization #3”, CloudSOC will redirect User to the MSFT login page
   
   
7. Click on "Accept" to complete the activation.
