Create Project from Template - API-1019: Could not process the request due to internal error

Issue/Introduction

We have template and when user is trying to create project from this template he is able to do it in Classic but in MUX getting an error while creating project from same template. 

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

Cause

ERROR EXCEPTION caught in CopyProjectTasks.copyODFCustomAttributes()com.niku.union.odf.exception.ODFValidationException: You do not have the rights to perform the action.
ERROR Exception CopyProjectTasks.copyProjectFromTemplate() com.niku.union.utility.MessageKeyException: PRJ-10012: Attempt to add/update record failed.

Resolution

Project which was used to create another project from needed to have To Dos deleted from.
