Issue/Introduction

Hi Team,

After entering the login credentials I am seeing blank screen. Can you please check and let me know if there is any issue?

Resolution

This issue occurs due to repository database connection failures.

Make sure database is running fine and accessible outside of TDM. After fixing the database connections, restart the TDM portal service and verify.
