We are trying to apply the blocked filter to portfolio items. The filter set to "Blocked = No", but it is showing blocked features as well.
This particular example illustrates a problem with the field Blocked, but the issue can happen with Any Rally Built-in field - if you create a custom field of the same name. And it can happen on any work item type.
The Customer created a Custom Field called Blocked that is conflicting with Rally's field called Blocked.
Rename the custom field "Blocked" so that it no longer conflicts with Rally's field called "Blocked".
