Unable to complete database backup

Issue/Introduction

Not able to perform a database backup, after turning off the cluster. 

 

 

Environment

Any PAM environment. 

Cause

After the cluster is turned OFF the database is locked for security reasons. 

 

Resolution

Cluster has to be turned OFF.

Steps to resolve this: 

Configuration/Clustering/Global Settings 

Unlock the database by clicking "Unlock Me" 

Proceed with data base back up:

Configuration/Database/Save Database and Configuration
