Spectrum integration into Service Now is not working using correct credentials

Issue/Introduction

We are not able to integrate spectrum into ServiceNow even by using right configuration and credentials.

We have tested the credentials from a browser and we are able to connect without any issues.





Environment

Release :21.x

Integration with Service Now

Cause

Service Now version was Tokyo and this is not supported until 22.2.4.

Resolution

Service Now Tokyo is supported only with Spectrum 22.2.4.

 

In order to integrate with Service Now Tokyo you will need to upgrade to at least Spectrum 22.2.4.
