Issue/Introduction

 TSS ADD(FDT) FDTNAME(EMRACC) SEGMENT(APP) MAXLEN(12) DISPLAY(ACCESS) FDTCODE(01)

Receives the following error:

TSS0305E  FDTNAME MISSING,INVALID, OR RESERVED       
TSS0301I  ADD      FUNCTION FAILED, RETURN CODE =  4 

There is not a duplicate in the FDT.

Environment

Resolution

 The RDT had a resource defined with the same name.
 Successfully created a new FDT entry with a different name.
