I'm having errors when attempting to upgrade to the latest version


If an upgrade attempt fails, try the following:

If this should occur, it may be simplest to simply retry the upgrade.

1.  Restart the monitoring point then retry the upgrade.  Try logging into the monitoring point through the Web Admin.  Then follow the procedure to Restart

2.  Physically power the Monitoring Point off for 10 seconds then back on and retry the upgrade.

3.  Reflash the monitoring point using the USB method

If you are still unsuccessful, contact Broadcom Support, to assist with investigating the issue.
