Issue/Introduction

I'm having errors when attempting to upgrade to the latest version

Resolution

If an upgrade attempt fails, try the following:
  1. Retry the upgrade.
  2. Restart the 
    monitoring point
     then retry the upgrade.
  3. Physically power the 
    m50
     off for 10 seconds then back on and retry the upgrade.
  4. Reflash the monitoring point using the USB method
    If you are still unsuccessful, contact Broadcom Support.
