Provisioned Clarity SaaS environment configuration to land Modern UX not working

Issue/Introduction

New Clarity SaaS environment and landing page is not Modern UX however the configuration shows to land on Modern UX. Customer received a new Clarity SaaS environment and landing page is set to Modern UX. However on first login the user is redirected to Classic UI and not Modern UX even though the configuration shows to land on Modern UX as of the other environment which are configured to successfully land on MUX.

Resolution

Activate New User Experience setting should get toggle on by default when a new system is provisioned for the first time.

Workaround: Enable Clarity
Follow these steps:
Click Administration, General Settings, System Options.
In the New User Experience section, select Activate New User Experience.
