Issue/Introduction

Is Unified Agent (UA) still supported with ProxySG (EdgeSWG)?

 

Is Unified Agent (UA) still supported with WSS (CloudSWG)?

Resolution

Unified Agent UA 4.x and previous versions entered End of Service status on March 31st, 2021, and the installers were removed.

UA will continue to operate and be managed by the client manager ProxySG appliance (for local enforcement), but no further support or troubleshooting will be performed for Unified Agent 4.x in local enforcement mode.

Customers running Unified Agent should upgrade to the latest WSS Agent release.

For UA installations with WSS (CloudSWG), please upgrade to the latest version of the WSS Agent (WSSA) for CloudSWG.
