Issue/Introduction

When attempting to activate / configure 'CASB Gateway Advanced' from Cloud Management Portal (CMP), the following error is returned:

Cause

CMP backend configuration issue. This may have affected other products. This article details how a CloudSOC customer might have encountered this symptom.

Resolution

CMP Engineering published an update around December 27, 2022 which should have cleared this issue for customers encountering symptoms related to the CMP issue.
