Is it possible to remove DCB parameters from Endevor processor and/or skeleton JCL?

Resolution

We recommend using the provided samples as is.
Removing these parameters produces no apparent benefit and, should you ever experience a problem using a 'non-standard' JCL, chances are that the differences in JCL misguide the investigation of the actual problem and delay its resolution.

Also, if there are design changes to the DCB parameters, they will be properly documented.
