URL in Response Rule not Working.

Issue/Introduction

You setup an Endpoint Block Response Rule with a Hyperlink to allow end-user to click a URL for next action. But, the URL is not working for users to click-on although you added the hyperlink as recommended in the Admin Guide.

For example, you setup your Response Rule like below:

But, when users got a pop up, the URL is not active to click-on:

 

Environment

DLP 15.X

Cause

The HTML Syntax might be wrong like the missing double quotation mark.

 

Resolution

When adding the Hyperlink, make sure to write the HTML syntax properly with the double quotation mark for the URL:

When properly nested, the pop up will display the URL link for the users to click-on like below:
