Issue/Introduction

The Compliance Event Monitor CEMMON task took an SVC dump during shutdown:

Environment

Release : 6.0

Cause

No active DB2 subsystems.  

Resolution

CEM was in the act of writing to its DB2 objects while being shut-down, but there were no active DB2 members attached to the DataSharing group at that time. This produced the SQLerror condition 'FFFFFC65' that correlates to the SQL Error -923.
