Can't integrate SDM with PAM

Issue/Introduction

PAM has SDM connector installed and configured.

I can connect to SDM from PAM.

The problem is in SDM that I can't see any SRFs from PAM when trying to connect the area with the process.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Cause

With RU18, the setting for caextwf_endpoint now needs to include "?wsdl" to be effective.

Resolution

When trying to start ITPAM workflows from Service Desk it hangs.

We checked the ITPAM integration settings, and added "?wsdl" to the end of the caextwf_endpoint setting and restarted SDM.  The workflows can run now.
